PhpMyAdmin is extensively used by novice and experienced developers because It is a free and open source tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL with the use of a web browser. It is capable of performing a myriad of tasks, for instance, creating, modifying or deleting databases, tables, fields or rows. It is mainly used for executing SQL statements and managing users for permissions. SQL which stand for Standard Query Language is also an open-source web-based application written in PHP and is used to handle the administration of MySQL and SQLite with the use of a Web browser. MySQL has many built-in functions.

SELECT column_name(s) FROM table_name

This is a very simple query. The select statement used to select the data from the table and data returned is stored in a result table. This select query selects the column name, columnname2 from the table and result will be returned in tabular form.

SELECT * FROM table_name 

This query is used to select the table in which we want to enter.

DELETE FROM table_name

With the help of this query, we can delete any table from the database.

Generally, Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) uses Structured Query Language (SQL) for database operations. Therefore, SQL has become one of the most popular languages for adding, accessing and managing content in a database. It is most noted for its quick processing, proven reliability, ease and flexibility of use and it is a very important tool for the industries because all the data of all the organizations are saved in the database and that database is made by MYSQL.
